CNN Says Higher Unemployment Is Good For The Economy

October 2012 unemployment increased from 7.8% to 7.9%.

CNN says that more people are now looking for work and that is great for the economy. CNN said that "Unemployment rate moves slightly higher because job seekers are more optimistic about the labor market".

Would unemployment increasing to 15% be really great for the economy?
