ELIGIBILITY TO LEGALLY WORK IN THE U.S. (PROOF REQ. FOR TAX PURPOSES)

Looking for someone that can start immediately. Must be able to read a map (or follow GPS, follow turn-by-turn directions, etc.) and adhere to deadlines. Inspection work available in the following towns: Bakersfield (multiple zips), Arvin, Lamont, Delano (+Richgrove), McFarland, Wasco, Lost Hills, Shafter, Buttonwillow, Taft (+Fellows/Derby Acres). Additional orders in nearby/surrounding areas will also occasionally be required, as communicated.

Ideally, the inspector would be located centrally in the Bakersfield area, or nearby their assigned area.

Applicant must be communicative, dependable, and have flexible schedule

Inspector would be required to drive to property, take photos to verify occupancy and condition, and leave door cards, if necessary.

All materials (door cards, vacancy stickers, etc.) will be provided at time of training.

No physical demands other than sitting/driving up to 8+ hours and standing/walking to physically inspect homes and deliver door cards.

You will have the freedom to make your own day-to-day schedule, within deadline requirements.

Compensation is $2.00 per inspection (up to 300-500 inspections per month, starting) -- approximately $600-$1,000 +/- per month gross.

Compensation will be higher for certain areas and/or for certain specialty orders. These will be clearly stated for you upon assignment.

There will be opportunity for advancement in the number of monthly inspections, if the inspector is interested, after proficiency and ability is demonstrated through consistent quality results. There will also be opportunity for pay increase based on previously mentioned factors.


Compensation is MONTHLY - you will be paid for the entire month's work on the 15th of the next month. (E.g. -- you work Sept. 1 - Sept. 30 = pay day on Oct. 15)
You will be responsible for your own gas expenditure, which is why a gas efficient vehicle is VERY important.
Profitability is based on volume = the more inspections you are able to complete in a work day, the greater your profitability will be. Your training will cover good routing techniques to maximize efficiency.

Training will consist of documents and videos to read over and watch, as well as on job/in car training. Please note, for training purposes, you may train in an area that is NOT your designated or preferred area.

most of the larger verifcation businesses are becoming like that or slowly getting to be like that. We still have friends that are in that area of the industry and we'er trying to get them out of the black hole, one family is in the greater Chicago area, been in business for 12 years and helped us out, now we'er helping them navigate the othersides so they can leave this junk alone.

I checked this company out as I live in Tehachapi, ca just up the hill from Bakersfield they wanted me to drive around anf take a photo of the street sign, front and two sides with and personal items in yard,then d a short form, pay was 4.00 ea I made a deal to have them do the form and pay me 3.50 I was doing about 15-20 an hr 1-2 days a week
the guy that was paying me was the owners son ( that is what he said) some address required a stop and door card, with an additional photo,
seemed good but the guy could never get his crap together and get me hooked up to his system fully so it made it way to hard to get the jobes in the proper format to download easy, took way to much time to do paperwork, I never got paid for about 6 hrs work and stoped..

On this one I think a few knew what this was, after finding out that a rep that worked for another vendor whom handles LPS stuff, located in Fresno and needed someone to her ever expanding coverage area and could only pay 2.00 per inspection while she kept the rest of the fee, will Bakersfield California is a large area to cover and in the desert and outside Death Valley , so that poor sucker if she found one would go broke the first week, California has seen the highest gas prices in the whole country even higher then Hawaii . But I give the rep a A for trying to be entrepreneurial about it but my overall assessment she would get a F , if it was our company I would be in favor of a 75/25 split , the rep would get 75% and I would ask for 25%and a bonus of 100.00 or more, if work was completed on time each month for three months of because there doing all the work, I am just the end and the reps are the my most valued assets.

If we get a reply , try and fish as much as I can to whom they are, we saw this same type of ad , but of course for this area at the workforce services , around town a lot in the high traffic areas, even they went as far as making the car window business card advertisement so people could just put them inside car windows. Pretty strange to see this same ad making its rounds, but very nerving to see that some people are getting as low as 2.00 , wow what next 1.00 ? ( stripper singles ) for 500-1000 , like Forrest Gump, once said," my momma always says, stupid is , what stupid does."

Stay with the other field service related services, insurance loss control inspections, merchant verifications, audits for the federal government, process serving, countless other opportunities for those whom take the time to search and tend to there gardens. Those whom don't , they all dry up and wither away. Money never sleeps folks, work smarter not harder, K.I.S.S. means ask any active duty or retired military service member, we believe in it and implement it into our business practices and family. We don't try to re-invent the wheel, we just look for ways to make it more streamline, faster, better, smarter!!!!

That's just insane , the area that's in is so large to cover and its desert, to bad he companies name isn't list hate to see some Poor soul fall for this old scram , also forgot to Make mention that you need commercial insurance and E/O , there went more profit and the time too.
