"THERE IS A COMPANY OUT THERE WHOSE WILL NOT PAY FOR 150 HUD INSPECTIONS, AND I THINK OTHER INSPECTORS SHOULD BE WARNED."
The above was in an email I received this morning. This is another case where an inspector in the problem-ridden mortgage segment of the industry has not been paid. This happens every day and it will continue to happen in the low-fee mortgage segment.
I talked to R..... yesterday and after 3-days of Jim Julian's commercial insurance loss control classroom training in June 2011, he is working for an insurance firm earning $48 an hour (paid that hourly rate). Today he is inspecting a bowling alley with a bar and restaurant. His complaint ... too much work ... too busy.
